Welcome to Swatch Manas Sewa Trust. We are a non-profit, charitable NGO organization founded in memory of our beloved parents Sri. Nerella Kotaiah & Smt. Rangamma. Our activities span across education, women empowerment and the upliftment of the poor.
Under the leadership of Dr. Narella Koteswar Rao, DGM BSNL (Retd.), the trust stands as a living tribute to a lifetime of sewa — selfless service.

Every kid's voice is heard and paid attention to. Youngsters partake in settling on choices that influence their lives and are guided to play a main job in their very own improvement. The youngster develops with deference and poise as an appreciated individual from their family and society.

Dr. Narella Koteswar Rao

DGM, BSNL (Retired)
Author of Several Books
Dr. Narella Koteswar Rao is a distinguished retired telecom professional who served as Deputy General Manager (DGM) in BSNL. Throughout his professional career and post-retirement life, he has remained committed to social service, education, community development, and rural empowerment.
As an accomplished author, he has written several books reflecting his passion for knowledge, social awareness, and personal development. With a strong vision for social transformation, he founded Swatch Manas Sewa Trust to support rural communities, empower women, promote education, and create self-employment opportunities for underprivileged sections of society.
Under his leadership, the Trust continues to work towards building an inclusive, educated, self-reliant, and empowered society where every individual has the opportunity to achieve a better quality of life.

GK Test by Swatch Manas Sewa Trust
Swatch Manas Sewa Trust organised a General Knowledge competition across village schools — over 200 children participated with great enthusiasm.
Distributed School Bags
Every child deserves to carry their dreams with pride. We distributed school bags, books and stationery to 150 children.
Midday Meal Program Launched
We launched a daily midday meal program ensuring no child in our schools learns on an empty stomach.
