About Swatch Manas Sewa Trust

A living tribute to our parents — and a loving home for every child who needs one.

Hands together in community
Our Story

In loving memory of our parents

Swatch Manas Sewa Trust was founded in 2015 in the loving memory of our parents Sri. Nerella Kotaiah & Smt. Rangamma. Their lives were an everyday lesson in kindness — feeding the hungry, schooling the poor and sheltering the lost.

Under the leadership of Dr. Narella Koteswar Rao (DGM, BSNL Retd.) & Smt. Nerella Saraswati, the trust has grown from a small home caring for 12 children into a movement of hope — feeding, educating and nurturing hundreds of young lives. Yet our heart remains the same: every child deserves to be heard, loved and given a chance.

We work for kids who are orphaned, deserted or whose families cannot care for them, and we offer them the chance to build lasting relationships within a family.

Our Vision

Every kid's voice is heard and paid attention to. Youngsters partake in settling on choices that influence their lives and are guided to play a main job in their very own improvement. The youngster develops with deference and poise as an appreciated individual from their family and society.

Our Mission

We work for kids who are stranded, deserted or whose families can't enjoy them. We offer these kids the chance to fabricate enduring connections inside a family — relationships that heal, empower and last a lifetime.

Our Values

What we stand for

The principles that guide every decision, every program and every relationship at our trust.

Compassion

We see the person behind every statistic and respond with kindness, patience and respect.

Integrity

Every action we take is transparent, honest and accountable to the people we serve.

Empowerment

We don't just give aid — we build capacity so people and communities stand on their own.

Community

Lasting change happens together. We partner with families, schools and villages.
